- Are face masks required while on-property?
In accordance with the guidelines issued by the Centers for Disease Control and state regulations, all guests are required to wear face coverings indoors regardless of vaccination status. Guests that are actively eating or drinking are not required to wear face coverings. Face coverings will be available upon request throughout the property.
- Does Resorts World Las Vegas charge a resort fee?
Daily Resort Charge will be added to the room rate and includes: Guest internet access; smart TV casting ability; 10% off spa or fitness retail; 5% off spa or fitness treatments; 5% off cabana experience; 5% off 2 pool chair experience; unlimited local and toll-free calls.
- What are the differences between the three hotel brands?
Las Vegas will feature three distinct Hilton brands - Las Vegas Hilton, the resort’s full-service brand; Conrad Las Vegas, Hilton’s contemporary luxury brand; and Crockfords Las Vegas, one of the first hotels to debut in the U.S from LXR, Hilton's collection of bespoke, independent luxury properties.

- What restaurant offering will you have available when the property opens?
Resorts World Las Vegas will welcome over 40 food and beverage concepts, including first-to-market restaurants and beverage experiences, celebrated chef-driven dining, quick-service venues and original concepts developed by Genting and Resorts World Las Vegas. - How far are you from the airport?
Resorts World Las Vegas is approximately 4.5 miles from McCarran International Airport, which is approximately a 15-minute drive.
- What is required for check in?
You will need to be 21 years of age or older at the time of check-in and provide your government issued ID. A credit or debit card will be required at check-in for all room charges and a nightly incidental hold.
- What is the Boring Tunnel?
Resorts World Las Vegas will offer a connector station to the Las Vegas Loop, Elon Musk’s innovative transportation system. This project will provide a rapid and seamless experience between the Las Vegas Convention Center and Resorts World Las Vegas via underground tunnels in minutes, allowing convention-goers to easily access the property for breakout sessions, lunch and dinner plans, entertainment and more.
- What is Resorts World Las Vegas?

- Will points from other Resorts World casino’s transfer to Resorts World Las Vegas?
Currently, points from other Resort World properties cannot be transferred and guests must enroll for Genting Rewards to accrue points at Resorts World Las Vegas.
- Can anyone access the fitness center and what are the hours?
The fitness center is accessible from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily using your room key.
- How do you access the pool?
The Resorts World Las Vegas pool is located on the fifth floor of the hotel and is reserved for guests of the hotel with a valid room key.
- How many pools do you have? Are they open year-round? What are the hours of operation of the pools?
Resorts World Las Vegas provides five pool experiences to choose from and plenty of room to lounge poolside. Check back on our website for hours of operation and additional updates at our experiences page.
- Do I have to reserve a chair at the pool?
Lounge chairs will be available on a first come, first serve basis at no cost. There will be an option to reserve a lounge chair or cabana for an additional cost. Visit our experiences page for additional information and pricing.
- Is the VIP Pool area available to anyone?
The VIP Pool will be available at an additional charge for visitors 21 years or older.
- Will you have food service on the pool deck?
Yes, guests can order food at Agave Bar & Grill and Bites, which are conveniently located within the pool area.
- Do you offer parking?
Yes, Resorts World Las Vegas offers complimentary self-parking and valet parking for all guests and visitors.
- Are pets allowed at the resort?
At this time, only Service Animals are permitted at the resort and must qualify under ADA regulations.
